Shipping + Delivery
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to ship or be picked up. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing global supply chain issues out of our control, you may experience a delay in your order being processed.
At this time, shipping carriers are experiencing major delays globally. We highly suggest choosing UPS or DHL (international) as your shipping option. USPS and APC are experiencing the most delays.
Please note, our products are handcrafted right here in our Los Angeles HQ, and may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to ship. Please contact us at orders@killspencer.com and we will be happy to assist with questions regarding products and inventory.
All shipping fees are non-refundable or adjustable. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance, and/or tracking. Once an order ships from KILLSPENCER® Inc., we are no longer responsible for the status of the package, rather it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.
To CALCULATE the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart where you can choose your exact location and shipping method.
To TRACK your package, please log-in to your account or reference the Shipping Confirmation email that was sent to the e-mail address you provided. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact orders@killspencer.com to request a “Status Check” in order to locate your package.
For Holiday Orders, please contact us directly to determine if your order will ship to arrive in time for Christmas. Want to have something to give to the recipient? Click here to print and give a KILLSPENCER Holiday Card, noting their order is being handcrafted and will ship upon completion.

Care Instructions
Waxed Canvas and Water Repellent Canvas: is easy to clean, and that washing or dry cleaning is unnecessary and will damage the unique finish. DO NOT use detergent – ONLY use water and a toothbrush to brush it off under running water, hang dry. Use a lint roller to remove lint particles and animal hair.
Leather: cleaning and conditioning leather will inevitably darken the color over time. For stain removal, use a damp cloth and rub it against the spotted area, leaving it under the sun for a short time or use a hot blower to dry it out. To add a water protectant, we recommend using Atsko Silicone Water Guard, which is specially formulated to apply maximum repellency in a single application (following directions on the bottle).
Suede: due to its textured nature and open pores, suede may crock (the transfer of color and bleeding), become dirty and can quickly absorb liquids. To add a water protectant, we recommend using Atsko Silicone Water Guard, which is specially formulated to apply maximum repellency in a single application (following directions on the bottle). Use a soft suede brush for a lighter gentler cleaning.
Alcantara®: is an Italian abrasion and scratch resistant material, use a Lint roller brush to clean.
Genuine Wood: the natural variation of grain patterns of genuine wood make every product individually unique and one of a kind. Since all woods are genuine, they have the natural characteristics of wood so please be gentle as wood can split and crack.
Nylon: for stain removal, use a damp cloth with light dish soap and rub it on the spotted area, let dry.
Tarpaulin: for stain removal, use a damp cloth with light dish soap and rub it on the spotted area, let dry.
Backboard Material: use a clean, damp cloth or sponge with a mild soap, detergent, or household cleaner to clean the surface. Some general purpose cleaners that may be used include 409®, Top Job®, Lestoil®, Fantastik®, Joy®, Dow Bathroom Cleaner®, and ammoniated base glass cleaners such as Windex®.
Rubber: for stain removal, use a damp cloth with light dish soap and rub it against the spotted area, let dry.
Parachute: is a type of nylon. For stain removal, use a damp cloth with light dish soap and rub it against the spotted area, let dry. Do not put in the washer or dryer, as the leather accents will get ruined.
