MARKETING & PR MANAGER:

1. Digital Marketing - Copywriting content across website, email newsletter, social advertising. Setting up and scheduling email campaigns and triggered emails in Mailchimp.  Curating, posting and tracking analytics for social media channels.  Ideate, prepare and manage all current and new e-commerce and digital strategies and campaigns.  Prepare weekly marketing agendas and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.  Allocate and manage monthly marketing advertising budget for new product launches.  Set up and manage all digital marketing campaigns (retargeting and acquisition) across FB/Instagram/Web banners (ex: create audiences with Facebook Manager to optimize social reach).

2. E-Commerce Product Management - Uploading new products, merchandising e-commerce site, curating online content for new campaigns via Shopify backend.  Updating Shopify backend with SEO.  Managing digital inventory of thousands of product images, lifestyle photoshoots, and videos.  Organizing monthly product launch calendar.

3. PR Management - Primary point of contact for all press outreach and media requests, while tracking press hits. Writing and distributing press releases to key media to increase brand recognition, for product launches, and for seasonal stories/editorials. Coordinating product samples to media for editorial consideration and photoshoots. Scheduling and facilitating media interviews with owner/founder Spencer Nikosey.

Qualifications:

Experience & Skills Needed:

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

+ Experience in luxury fashion/accessory marketing, e-commerce, and public relations is a MUST

+ Experience using Mailchimp, Shopify, Facebook Manager, Instagram, and Twitter is a MUST

+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative skills

+ Execution of project management within a timeline and budget

+ Ability to multitask; is extremely organized and efficient; and has the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

+ Is personable and social, energetic and hardworking

+ Reliable transportation

SHOWROOM & E-COMMERCE MANAGER:

1. E-commerce Order Management and Fulfillment – Managing, fulfilling, packing, shipping, and customer service for daily online e-commerce orders. Handling all correspondences regarding customer orders, along with follow up procedures. Working closely with production team to ensure order fulfillment is accurate and on time. Coordinating incoming and outgoing package deliveries via third party shipping services.

2. Customer Relations and Outreach – Providing customer service to e-commerce and showroom customers, as well as leveraging selling tools to maximize sales and to educate the customer. Creating new client relations within target demographic to increase sales.  Managing daily customer service online chat inquires.

3. Showroom and Inventory Management – Scheduling and managing showroom appointments. Follows opening and closing procedure, completes sales, returns, and exchanges. Leads the sales floor to ensure a consistently memorable customer shopping experience using the highest standards of customer relations. Regular merchandising of product assortment and managing product inventory, while working alongside multiple teams to ensure order fulfillment is accurate and on time. Monitor weekly sales and reporting for retail and wholesale. Set inventory control and loss prevention policies.

4. Sales and Wholesale – Engaging and educating customers about our brand story, product collection, and special projects and collaborations. Create monthly sales plans and set realistic goals. Coordinate the fulfillment of seasonal wholesale deliveries, preparing invoices, corresponding with buyers, and arranging shipments within cancellation deadlines.

5. Maintenance and Administrative – Maintaining a clean & presentable environment at all times.  Cleaning shipping area and showroom, restocking shipping supplies, moving boxes – must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Additional assistance with sales goals and projections, special projects, events, social media content, and other miscellaneous initiatives.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

+ Experience in luxury fashion/accessory retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and customer service is a MUST

+ Experience building and maintaining relationships with retail clientele

+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative skills

+ Ability to multitask; is extremely organized and efficient; and has the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

+ Reliable transportation

FINANCE CONSULTANT:

Major Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting, developing and improving the financial processes that enable sound planning and decision making for our marketing team. This position specifically focuses on developing, streamlining and maintaining financial and operational reports/models to provide direct financial support to the COO and CCO. This role also includes the tracking and in-depth analysis of budget versus actual variances to identify opportunities and risks to the business.

1. Identify, analyze, and communicate trends and issues affecting the business to provide financial information and guidance to all levels of management.

2. Support the development of the department’s annual operating budget, strategic plan and rolling forecast. Build, maintain and eventually automate complex financial reports.

3. Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.

4. Provide analysis and feedback on financial performance and key metrics including root cause variance explanations to highlight opportunities and risks on a monthly basis around budget versus actuals.

5. Perform due diligence and analytical support for new initiatives. Perform sensitivity and incremental cost-benefit decision analyses.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

+ Experience in developing complex financial models, forecasting, reporting and variance analyses

+ Financial forecasting/analysis, accruals accounting and/or rolling forecast management

+ Experience in retail/fashion industry with ample understanding of manufacturing processes
