Returns & Repairs

KILLSPENCER® Inc. reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered in any way. All packages for return/repair must be fully insured. KILLSPENCER® Inc. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Bulk orders cannot be canceled or withdrawn, but if the cancellation has been approved internally, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied. Any products that require assembly or is a specialty product (Indoor Mini Basketball Kit, Boxing Kit, Heavy Bag, Floor Pillow, Medicine Ball, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return once shipped and/or parts are installed. SST Face Masks are not returnable or exchangeable, please follow the Sizing Guidelines and select the correct size.

SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONS:

All Sale Items and/or items purchased using any promotional code are FINAL SALE. SST Face Masks are not returnable or exchangeable.

They are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise noted on the terms of the promotion. Price adjustments cannot be made on previous orders. Discounts and promotions are not valid on previous purchases, purchases made outside of the promotion period, or on any custom or bespoke orders. RETURNS

KILLSPENCER® Inc. will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original packaging and sales receipt within 30 days from date of delivery. Any product with modifications or with a custom monogram are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or canceled for any reason. Gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days from the date of return.

REPAIRS
Repairs happen on a case by case basis. Please fill out the Repair form below to ensure the product is in fact repairable. Each repair is different and fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the repair process. You then will be given an SRO number to include on the Repair Form that you will include in your package. Please ship the product to the address below. Once we receive your item, we will contact you and proceed with repair production. Payment for the repair must be processed prior to the item being returned back to you.

DEFECTIVE

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact orders@killspencer.com within 5 business days of date of delivery  in order to request a replacement item. KILLSPENCER® Inc. will undergo the necessary steps in order to deem the item defective or if in fact it is the natural wear and tear of the product.
