I’M RECEIVING GATEWAY ERROR CODE E00027 DURING CHECKOUT. HOW DO I FIX THIS?
Make sure that the billing address you entered matches what your bank has on file. You can contact your bank to find out exactly how your address is inputted in their system. You can also try entering your apartment or suite number before your street address.

If you are ordering internationally, your Postal Code must match what your bank has on file (make sure all spacing and upper/lower case letters are accurate). If, for some reason, you still have an issue checking out, you are welcome to try PayPal checkout (you don’t need a PayPal account to use PayPal – you can continue to checkout as a guest).

I’M RECEIVING A DUPLICATE TRANSACTION ERROR DURING CHECKOUT. HOW DO I FIX THIS?
It’s important not to enter the same information multiple times if you receive an error message. The system will lock after 3 consecutive attempts, so wait at least 5 minutes for the system to refresh before re-submitting.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE WEEKENDER 2.0 AND 3.0?
The main differences between the 2.0 and 3.0, respectively, are the material options (wax canvas vs. leather or nylon), zipper options (black aquazip waterproof Riri zipper vs. antique silver Riri zipper), and accents (webbing vs. leather). The size, shape, and interior pockets and construction are the same.

WHAT IS THE MOST DURABLE MATERIAL?
Leather is the most durable and resilient material, while nylon is our lightest weight and easiest to clean. You can refer to our Care Instructions page to get a detailed breakdown of each material and how to care for your products over time.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Waxed Canvas and Water Repellent Canvasis easy to clean, and that washing or dry cleaning is unnecessary and will damage the unique finish. DO NOT use detergent – ONLY use water and a toothbrush to brush it off under running water, hang dry. Use a lint roller to remove lint particles and animal hair.

Leather: cleaning and conditioning leather will inevitably darken the color over time. For stain removal, use a damp cloth and rub it against the spotted area, leaving it under the sun for a short time or use a hot blower to dry it out.  To add a water protectant, we recommend using Atsko Silicone Water Guard, which is specially formulated to apply maximum repellency in a single application (following directions on the bottle).

Suede: due to its textured nature and open pores, suede may crock (the transfer of color and bleeding), become dirty and can quickly absorb liquids. To add a water protectant, we recommend using Atsko Silicone Water Guard, which is specially formulated to apply maximum repellency in a single application (following directions on the bottle). Use a soft suede brush for a lighter gentler cleaning.

Genuine Wood: the natural variation of grain patterns of genuine wood make every product individually unique and one of a kind. Since all woods are genuine, they have the natural characteristics of wood so please be gentle as wood can split and crack.

Alcantara®is an Italian abrasion and scratch resistant material, use a Lint roller brush to clean.
