ORDER & SHOWROOM MANAGER:

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. E-commerce Order Management and Fulfillment – Managing, fulfilling, packing, shipping, and customer service for daily online e-commerce orders. Handling all correspondences regarding customer orders, along with follow up procedures. Working closely with production team to ensure order fulfillment is accurate and on time. Coordinating incoming and outgoing package deliveries via third party shipping services. Managing and resolving any shipping claims or shipping issues. Ordering and managing all shipping supplies including product packaging, etc.

2. Customer Relations and Sales Outreach – Providing customer service to e-commerce and showroom customers, as well as leveraging selling tools to maximize sales and to educate the customer. Creating new client relations within target demographic to increase sales.  Managing daily customer service online chat inquires. Engaging and educating customers about our brand story, product collection, and special projects and collaborations. Create monthly sales plans and set realistic goals. Taking new orders and sending invoices for custom orders via Shopify. Planning and executing outreach plan for corporate client new business opportunities. Pitching them on the customizations, bulk order, corporate gifting, holiday gifting, promotional items that we do. Seek out these opportunities within current business relationships, along with new opportunities and markets.

3. Showroom and Inventory Management – Scheduling and managing showroom appointments (when showroom is open) and in-store pickups. Follows opening and closing procedure, completes sales, returns, and exchanges. Leads the sales floor to ensure a consistently memorable customer shopping experience using the highest standards of customer relations. Regular merchandising of product assortment and managing product inventory, while working to ensure order fulfillment is accurate and on time. Monitor weekly sales reporting. Set inventory control and loss prevention policies.

4. Maintenance and Administrative  – Maintaining a clean & presentable environment at all times. Cleaning shipping area and showroom, restocking shipping supplies, moving boxes – must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Order supplies for the office to keep it running smoothly - paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, printing paper, ink, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, etc. Additional assistance with sales goals and projections, special projects, events, social media content, and other miscellaneous initiatives.

CRAFTSMAN (SEWER):

1. Cutting, Sewing, and Manufacturing 
Cutting, gluing, sewing, stitching, and all other manufacturing processes that are required to produce our product line and other leather products and soft goods.

Experience with leather, canvas, nylon, and other soft good materials.
