RETURNS & SHIPPING
RETURNS & REPAIRS:
KILLSPENCER® INC. will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip within 30 days from date of delivery. Any product with modifications or with a custom monogram are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason. All correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser in the same form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Please be aware that it can take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
KILLSPENCER® INC. reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. All packages for return/repair must be fully insured. KILLSPENCER® INC. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Repairs happen on a case by case basis. Each repair is different and if additional costs are needed for specialty parts or materials they will be discussed and agreed upon prior to start of repair, less any shipping costs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE: Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition before shipping it back, including your original sales receipt in the box, noting you would like a refund or exchange. Mail to the address below.
REPAIR: Please email ORDERS@KILLSPENCER.COM to request a Repair Form. Mail to the address below with the Repaired Form filled out and signed.
DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact ORDERS@KILLSPENCER.COM in order to request a replacement item. KILLSPENCER® INC will undergo the necessary steps in order to deem the item defective or if in fact it is the natural wear and tear of the product.

SHPPING & DELIVERY:
All shipping fees are not returnable or adjustable. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation or shipped with insurance and tracking.
Once an order ships from KILLSPENCER® INC, we no longer are responsible for the status of the package, rather it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.
To CALCULATE the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart where you can choose your exact location and shipping method.
To TRACK your package, please log-in to your account or reference the Shipping Confirmation E-mail that was sent to the e-mail address you have on file.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact ORDERS@KILLSPENCER.COM to request a "Status Check" in order to locate your package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply based on the countries' laws and regulations.

The sale of any KILLSPENCER® INC. Custom Shop products, along with any product with modifications or a personalized initial monogram are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason.
