SHOWROOM & E-COMMERCE MANAGER:

1. Showroom and Inventory Management – Follows opening and closing procedure, completes sales, returns, and exchanges. Leads the sales floor to ensure a consistently memorable customer shopping experience using the highest standards of customer relations. Regular merchandising of product assortment and managing product inventory, while working alongside multiple teams to ensure order fulfillment is accurate and on time. Monitor weekly sales and reporting for retail and wholesale. Set inventory control and loss prevention policies.

2. E-commerce Order Management and Fulfillment – Managing, fulfilling, packing, shipping, and customer service for all e-commerce orders. Handling all correspondences regarding customer orders, along with follow up procedures. Must be extremely detail oriented, organized, and thorough.

3. Sales and Wholesale – Scheduling and managing showroom appointments. Engaging and educating customers about our brand story, product collection, and special projects and collaborations. Create monthly sales plans and set realistic goals. Maintain and manage wholesale accounts and transactions, working alongside production to ensure on-time order fulfillment and delivery.

4. Customer Relations and Outreach – Providing customer service to e-commerce and showroom customers, as well as leveraging selling tools to maximize sales and to educate the customer. Creating new client relations within target demographic to increase sales.

5. Maintenance and Administrative – Daily administrative duties and responsibilities. Additional assistance with sales goals and projections, special projects, events, social media content, and other miscellaneous initiatives.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

+ Experience in luxury fashion/accessory retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and customer service is a MUST

+ Experience building and maintaining relationships with retail clientele

+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative skills

+ Ability to multitask; is extremely organized and efficient; and has the ability to communicate effectively

+ Reliable transportation

FINANCE CONSULTANT:

Major Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting, developing and improving the financial processes that enable sound planning and decision making for our marketing team. This position specifically focuses on developing, streamlining and maintaining financial and operational reports/models to provide direct financial support to the COO and CCO. This role also includes the tracking and in-depth analysis of budget versus actual variances to identify opportunities and risks to the business.

1. Identify, analyze, and communicate trends and issues affecting the business to provide financial information and guidance to all levels of management.

2. Support the development of the department’s annual operating budget, strategic plan and rolling forecast. Build, maintain and eventually automate complex financial reports.

3. Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.

4. Provide analysis and feedback on financial performance and key metrics including root cause variance explanations to highlight opportunities and risks on a monthly basis around budget versus actuals.

5. Perform due diligence and analytical support for new initiatives. Perform sensitivity and incremental cost-benefit decision analyses.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

+ Experience in developing complex financial models, forecasting, reporting and variance analyses

+ Financial forecasting/analysis, accruals accounting and/or rolling forecast management

+ Experience in retail/fashion industry with ample understanding of manufacturing processes

ASSISTANT DESIGNER/GRAPHIC DESIGNER:

Major Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

1. Advertising/Marketing Material –  work closely with design team and marketing team to incorporate the brand guidelines in all areas and create assets for email marketing, social marketing, and other channels.

2. Product Packaging – work closely with design to create packaging for products

3. Tech Packs – work closely with production team to create tech packs for products and any special projects/collaborations

4. Photography –  collaborate with design team and marketing team to help ideate and execute photography for seasonal product stories and content for product pages, lookbooks, catalogs, ecommerce, email, public relations, and social marketing. Responsible for post-production (editing/retouching/resizing)

Qualifications:

+  Experience in graphic design, packaging, web-design, advertising, motion graphics, product design, and photography (using a laser cutter is a plus).

+  Interested in fashion, branding, and be passionate about achieving excellence in their work and pride themselves on originality and execution.

+  Must have a strong foundation in all relevant design programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, etc) and must be able to execute tasks given to them digitally and in-print form.

+ 1 year minimum commitment with opportunity for growth

+  Portfolio must be submitted
